Transportaction Lease Systems Inc. (TLSI) and LSG Lease Services Group Inc. (LSG) are concerned about protecting your privacy.

TLSI/LSG has established a Privacy Office that is responsible for overseeing the collection and use of personal information within our Company.
TLSI/LSG will inform you of the intent for obtaining your personal information
We will only collect information that is necessary for the purposes identified to you.
TLSI/LSG will obtain your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information
You can withdraw your consent to the further use of your personal information at any time, subject to legal restrictions and upon reasonable notice to TLSI/LSG. We will inform you of the implications of withdrawing your consent; for credit information may disqualify you from holding a TLSI credit card or lease. Information may be retained by TLSI/LSG for audit or archival purposes.
In certain circumstances, we may collect, use or disclose personal information without your knowledge or consent including when use or disclosure is for your benefit, when required by court order, in connection with enforcement of laws or contractual rights or in emergency involving a person's life, health or security.
TLSI/LSG limits the collection of personal information
We will only collect information that is necessary for the purposes identified. Additional information that may be useful in serving our customers in the future may also be collected with your permission. Any collection will be done by fair and lawful means.
TLSI/LSG will only use your information for the purposes for which it was collected and retain the information only as necessary

TLSI/LSG will ensure the accuracy of your personal information
We will amend our records and, where appropriate, advise third parties regarding any changes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your personal information.
TLSI/LSG is sensitive to your privacy and will protect your personal information
We strive to ensure that our security measures protect against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, use or modification of information. Such measures vary depending on the sensitivity, amount, format, nature and storage of the information.
We require our employees to keep all personal information confidential and comply with security standards.
TLSI/LSG allows you access to your personal information
We will respond promptly to your requests for access to information. There is no cost for reasonable requests unless you require copies of records. We will advise you of cost, if any, prior to the retrieval of the records.
In some circumstances, TLSI/LSG may be unable to provide access to some or all of the information that it holds about an individual including circumstances where the information cannot be separated from the records of others, cannot be disclosed for reasons of legal, security or commercial confidentiality, or is protected by legal privilege.
